We do not publish our menu because menu items and prices change weekly.


On Saturdays you can expect to see Texas BBQ favorites such as brisket, beef ribs and sausages in addition to Carolina BBQ favorites like pit cooked over coals pulled pork, chopped pork, pork ribs, and Lexington Hash.  Plus we serve several hot and cold scratch made sides.


On Sundays we DO NOT have the same Saturday bbq menu.  On Sundays serve chili and slaw dogs using our brisket chili and slaw on all beef franks.  We also serve a host of Texas comfort items such as Frito Pies and giant stuffed potatoes plus our scratch made sides.

We don't have an unlimited amount of food any given service.  Some days are busy, and some days are busier.  We occasionally sell out of some menu items.
