City Limits specializes in hand-crafted Texas & Carolina barbeque. We use premium meats that are slow smoked in a custom built offset wood (only) smoker. Though we are a food truck, we operate as a full service kitchen and for every service whatever we can make from scratch, we make from scratch.

We do a “sell out” service which means when we open, we go until we run out of food, versus staying open for a set amount of time. We normally have a line when we open the window all the way until we sell out.  We wish we had enough food for every single customer standing in line, but the reality is that because of our size there is a limit to how much food we can prepare for any one service and maintain quality.
